Terms and Booking Policy

Terms and Conditions

  1. Official check-in time is at 2:00PM and check-out time is 12:00NN.
  2. All units are non-smoking, and not suitable for pets.
  3. Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP).
  4. Rates quoted are inclusive of government taxes and service charge.

Reservation Procedures

  1. Stated unit rates are net in the currency offered unless specified with other charges.
  2. The unit rate quoted is on per-unit per-night-basis otherwise as stated in the deals or packages.

Cancellation

  1. Full refund 5 days prior to arrival.
  2. One unit night cancellation charge will be imposed if the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before check-in.
  3. If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable.
  4. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  5. During peak seasons, such as festivals, conferences and special events, the cancellation policy may change.
